Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy review

A bold lip is always in style. In the summer, I tend to gravitate towards hot pinks, bright neon-y corals, and true fire-engine reds. Come fall, I’m all about deep plums, rich wines, and ruby reds. I find that transitioning your wardrobe from one season to the next becomes infinitely easier with an easy lip color swap. (Especially here in Miami where the temperatures… are pretty much the same and a chunky knit sweater is most likely a no-go!)

No doubt fall’s bold shades draw attention to your smile… which means that prepping your pearly whites is key to pulling off the look. You know I’m a coffee addict, so maintaining a sparkly smile is something I’m always thinking about. When I was at Target last week, I picked up a few pretty fall lip shades and a little something to brighten my smile.

Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy review

I’m a tried and true Crest gal, and no stranger to the Crest 3D White product line. The newest product in the line is Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy, available in both Enamel Care and Sensitivity Care. Many whitening toothpastes whiten but don’t repair and protect your enamel, which is key to a HEALTHY smile. I love that the Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy Enamel Care toothpaste addresses BOTH concerns, so you don’t have to choose between having a white smile or a healthy one. For those with sensitivity issues Sensitivity Care has the same great benefits as Enamel Care but also contains potassium nitrate to soothe sensitivity pain. The pastes are formulated with an Active Mineral Complex that contains:

  • Sodium Fluoride: replenishes the enamel to strengthen teeth
  • Surfactant: leaves teeth feeling fresh and clean after each use
  • Silica: gently removes stains from teeth and polishes them for a brighter, whiter smile

I’ve been using the Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy Enamel Care for the past few weeks and I’m hooked! My smile is brighter than ever, the perfect backdrop for my fave fall lippies! You can tell in the photos how white my teeth look! (I did NOT edit them or retouch my teeth in any way!)

Here are a few of my current favorite fall lip colors:

Favorite fall lipsticks

Favorite Wine Lip Color

NYX Matte Lipstick in Siren

This deep, dark wine color is super dramatic for fall. I love pairing this dark lippie with fresh, dewy skin and minimal eye makeup.

Favorite Nude Lip Color

Mary Kay Semi-Matte Lipstick in Bashful You

I just started using this baby and love the flattering nude shade. This is just an easy, every day lip color that is moisturizing, which is rare for a matte lippie.

Favorite Mauve Lip Color

NYX Lingerie Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipstick in Embellishment

A new favorite, I love this grayish/mauve color instead of the baby pink shades I go for during the summer. I always use a balm underneath, since the matte lip is a little on the dry side.

Favorite Red Lip Color

Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick in Rich Ruby

The deep ruby color is so, so flattering and vibrant, yet still perfect for fall. This red is my go-to red shade in the fall months and into the holiday season.

I’d love to hear what fall lip colors you’re loving, and what you do to keep your smile bright and white! Hit the comments and let me know if you’re going to be trying out the Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy collection.
